MONDAY: Change in practice – UIL will practice on Monday. Non-UIL girls will be released at 4:00 from the Cheer Shack. Tuesday & Wednesday practices remain unchanged.
Fan Shirts Due Wednesday: I will be at practice to collect order forms and payment. We can not accept late order forms due to our short turnaround.
First JV Game Thursday: Watch for info from Coach Stryk and captains. Don’t forget your Thursday evening activity.
Varsity Dinner & Football House Wrapping Thursday: Watch for info from your Senior Captains and Captain Moms.
First Varsity Game Friday: Freshman Pre-Game Dinner at 5:30 (mandatory for all freshman cheerleaders). All cheerleaders will receive info from their Captains and Coach on when and where to meet. Freshman will sell programs and Sophomores will sell tattoos during the 1st half of the game. If Varsity is able to play games during the 3rd quarter with the visiting team, JV WILL cheer during the 3rd quarter. JV is expected to stay with the team through the end of the game to help clean up.
Concession Volunteers: Cheer has been assigned to work concessions for the Volleyball games scheduled on 8/31 from 4:15-8:30pm in the Girls Gym. We will need a total of 2 volunteers during the period. Students are allowed to volunteer as long as there is an adult present at all times. Students will receive service hours. Sign up here.
