Summer is officially over and football season is just around the corner. Lots of information will be distributed tonight but I wanted to share some links and details below.
Meet & Greet: Don’t forget Meet and Greet is tonigiht at 6:30pm at the Cheer Shack.
The Megaphone: This resource will be invaluable throughout the current and coming years. The link will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to download and save to your phone so that you can access it in the future. Please review your information and advise of any necessary changes by August 18th. The final version will be sent to print next week and a copy will be provided to your cheerleader once it’s ready.
August Bills: We distributed via email on Saturday. Please let me know if you did not receive yours or if you have any questions. Checks can be placed in the box on the desk tonight.
Transportation Forms: These forms will be distributed tonight. Please complete and return before you leave. We MUST have this on file before your child can be transported to the cheer shack for 7th period practice. Non-Drivers only need to complete the first side. Drivers must complete both sides as well as upload a copy of their TDL and Insurance form here.
Fan Shirts: Information will be provided at the meeting this evening, including your order form. Shirt sales start tonight! I’ll be sending an email this evening with a link to the order form (so you can print additional copies) as well as a link for online orders. Please do not account for any online orders on your paper order form. I will tally those separately and will provide a list of sales to you at the end.
