Reveal Party: This Sunday at FHS Stadium at 6:30. Please drop your sister gift off at 803 Briarmeadow before 5:00pm.
Squad Photos & Headshots: Monday at FHS Stadium. Freshman 6:00pm; JV 6:30pm; Varsity 7:00pm. Please be on time and ready for pictures. We have a very short window to get these done. Freshman & JV wear blue uniform. Varsity will receive uniform instructions from their captains.
Football Schedule: I know there is a revised football schedule floating around. This is not the final schedule and is likely to change with the UIL announcements that came out last week. As soon as we have a confirmed final schedule, we will distribute and update the calendar.
Parent Squad Meetings: We ask 1 parent of each cheerleader to attend a squad meeting this week. This is parents only and not intended for the cheerleaders. FHS Cheer Shack – Varsity Tuesday 6:30pm; JV Wednesday 6:30pm; Freshman Thursday 7:00pm
Meet & Greet: This scheduled meeting has been canceled at this time. We will distribute much of the info to the parents at the squad meetings. The girls will have their own squad meeting this week during camp. There are additional forms I’ll be asking for, but will be sending that info next week.
Practicewear: We are still waiting for our practicewear to be completed. We are hoping it is completed this week and I can distribute at camp. If it is not, we will for sure have it before school starts. Please hang tight.
Uniform Alterations: Don’t forget, if you plan on altering any of your uniform, please bring it to camp on Monday and get approval from the coaches first. If your uniform does not fit appropriately, you will not be allowed to take the field to cheer.
Not feeling well? – If you are not feeling well, please do not come to camp. Please contact Coach Yee immediately to advise and receive further instructions.
ASR Home Camp
Drop off only. Cheerleaders that are driving, please park in the admin lot, not the circle drive. Parents can use the circle drive to drop off. Reminder: Parents and visitors are not allowed in the cheer shack. Camp ends at 3:00pm.
Arrival Times: Freshman 8:15, JV 8:30 Varsity 8:45
What to Bring: Team water bottle, extra bottles of water to use for refill if you wish or you can refill from water fountain, white & blue poms, mask & hand sanitizer. Backpacks will not be allowed in the cheer shack. Each girls has a cubby at the front of the room. They are organized by squad, alphabetically with captains first. Please do not crowd around when placing your belongings in your cubby. We must practice social distancing. In your cubby are 2 white ribbons with your name on them. Tie one to each of your blue and white poms so that the part of the ribbon with your name extends into the pom. This will make it easier to identify your poms during practice and limit sharing of items.
What to wear: Mustang blue shirt, black shorts/spanks and white bow. Please address all uniform questions to your squad captains.
Lunches: Monday Panera, Tuesday Schlotzsky’s & Wednesday Jason’s Deli. If I am missing your order for Tuesday and/or Wednesday, I will obtain it Monday morning at camp. We plan to eat lunch around 11:30am. The girls are not allowed to leave during camp.
UCA Home Camp

All-American Tryouts: Parents will not be allowed to watch All-American tryouts this year due to social distancing.
Varsity Beach Weekend
Varsity will receive all information concerning Beach Weekend from their captains and moms. We hope y’all have a great time and stay safe!
Safety
If you have a safety concern, please be sure to speak with a coach ASAP so that we can address any issues. We are doing our best to make the facility a clean and healthy environment for the girls. However, there may be something you notice that we have not thought of. We will do our best to accommodate everyones needs.
We have setup a monthly disinfecting spray for the cheer shack. We have installed 4 hand sanitizer stations – 2 at the front of the cheer shack near the windows and 2 at the back near the bathrooms. Masks are required, so please be sure to bring one with you to practice.
