Thank you to all that came to the meeting and returned their forms. I’m placing links below to the documents that were distributed. If you did not return your forms last night, please complete and return them during the first Wednesday practice in May.
Just a few reminders and items of note.
Remind: If you are not a part of the new Remind group, please join. The class code is 8gf83kd. I will be sending an announcement today, so if you did not receive it, you are not a member and need to join.
Payments: All checks for cheer are made payable to FMBC. The bank will return any checks that have anything else in the Payable line. Checks can be dropped at the Cheer Shack, in the Cheer Payments box on the desk, or in the lockbox at the Gibsons. You may also pay online, however, you will incur a processing fee which will be billed on your next invoice.
Uniforms: Mandatory uniform fitting on Friday, April 30th. I konw several girls will be in Florida for Summit. we will work with you on the items and sizing that you will need, before you leave. We MUST submit our order immdiately following fittings on Friday so that we can hopefully receive our uniforms in time for pictures. We will have a few used uniform pieces available for purchase the week prior to fittings. Watch your email and REMIND for info regarding the sale.
Sponsors: Information and form are included in packet. You can also find a list of curent sponsors and form/info on the website at https://friendswoodcheerleading.com/sponsors/. Each cheerleader is responsible for obtaining a minimum of $300 in sponsors.
Uniform Fundraiser: We are so close to being able to roll this out, finalizing the details as we speak! Watch for info to come out the beginning of next week. We are super excited about this and hope you will be too!
Website/Calendar: We try to post all info on our website, including calendar dates, competition/camp info, forms, etc. Be sure to check it often or at least when you’re looking for information. These emails are also posted in the Recent News section and archived.
