Store Policies

Thank you for purchasing an item from the FHS Cheer Store.  Your purchase helps to fund our program!  We truly appreciate your support.

Most of our items are made to order, when you order.  That being said, we strive to fulfill your order within one week.  If there will be a longer delay, we will definitely let you know as soon as possible.

Order Pickup
Once your order is completed, you will be contacted with information on how to pick up your order.  Most orders will be available for porch pickup in Friendswood.  However, we may be able to work out alternative arrangements for you, if necessary.

Custom Items
If there are any custom items you are insterested in, or would like to discuss a variation, please don’t hesitate to contact Jackie Gibson and we will try to accommodate you.

Payments
Current FHS Cheerleaders have the option to add their purchase to their cheer account.  Non FHS Cheerleaders will be required to pay for their purchase via Paypal, in order for order to be fulfilled.

Refunds/Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accepts returns or process refunds once orders have been fulfilled.  If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue.
