ASR will be offering a workout time for FHS cheerleaders only. It will begin Friday, July 10 from 10:00am-12:00pm and continue every Friday at the same time until school starts. The cost is $65/month or $20 to drop in. This is not mandatory just optional. It will give the girls an opporunity to begin getting back in shape and working on their skills to be ready for fall. Again, it is not mandatory.
